I read comments about the Lion's Head being a scary hike because of the height and cliffs. I suffer from vertigo, did the hike, and it is not vertigo inducing-  unless you decide to stand on the edge of the cliffs. You can stay as close or as far as you desire from the edge of the cliffs.
